Ingredients
Beef and Marinade
1poundbeef (sirloin or flank steak), thinly sliced
2tablespoonssoy sauce
1tablespoonoyster sauce
1tablespooncornstarch
2tablespoonsvegetable oil
Vegetables
2cupsmixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas)
2clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoonginger, minced
Seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cooking
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Toss in the mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the veggies are slightly tender but still crisp.
Return the beef to the pan and stir to combine with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Feel free to swap the beef for chicken, shrimp, or tofu. Add sesame oil for extra flavor, or crushed red pepper for a kick. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
