  • 12 oz bow tie pasta, cooked, drained, and kept warm The heart of the dish, providing a comforting base.
  • 2.5 cups grape tomatoes, washed and dried Sweet and juicy, these tomatoes serve as the base flavor.
  • 1 brick Feta cheese (8 oz) Creamy and tangy, feta adds richness to the dish.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Brings a classic Italian flavor to elevate the dish.
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt Enhances all the other flavors in the dish.
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil Adds healthy fats and a subtle depth of flavor.
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh basil Offers freshness and a wonderful aroma.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Add the washed and dried grape tomatoes to a medium-sized baking dish, spreading them evenly.
  3. Place the brick of feta cheese in the center of the tomatoes.
  4. Drizzle 3 tablespoons of olive oil over the tomatoes and cheese.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and salt generously over both the cheese and tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the feta.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the cheese softens.
  2. Remove from the oven and stir the melted cheese and tomatoes together until well combined.
  3. Add the chopped fresh basil and mix well.
  4. Finally, fold in the cooked bow tie pasta until everything is saucy and well incorporated.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
