Preparation
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the shredded chicken, dried herbs, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until heated through.
Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface. Distribute the chicken mixture evenly on each tortilla.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps, folding in the sides as you go.
If desired, grill the wraps on a panini press or skillet until the outside is golden and crispy.
Serve warm with any additional toppings.
Notes
Prep ahead by cooking and shredding the chicken in advance. Experiment with different cheese varieties and avoid overstuffing the wraps to prevent mess.
