Ingredients

For the base
  • 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough
For the cheesecake filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press the chocolate chip cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie dough layer in the pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are golden.
Cooling
