For the yogurt mixture

For the chocolate coating

Method
Preparation
In a large bowl, add chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Combine thoroughly.
Scoop the yogurt mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
Chocolate Coating
Melt the chocolate by adding chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
Remove frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate using a spoon for an even coat.
Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
Place clusters back in the freezer for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.
Store clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Separate layers with parchment paper. You can try using different fruits or yogurt flavors for variety.
