Ingredients

For the yogurt mixture
  • 1.5 cups chopped strawberries Make sure strawberries are well-chopped for an even mix.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt You can also use flavored yogurt for extra taste.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust based on your sweetness preference.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds a nice flavor to the yogurt mixture.
For the chocolate coating
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Use good quality chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil Helps to achieve a smooth chocolate coating.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, add chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Combine thoroughly.
  2. Scoop the yogurt mixture (about 2 tablespoons each) onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze until completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
Chocolate Coating
  1. Melt the chocolate by adding chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
  2. Remove frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate using a spoon for an even coat.
  3. Return the chocolate-coated clusters to the baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  4. Place clusters back in the freezer for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.

Notes

Store clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Separate layers with parchment paper. You can try using different fruits or yogurt flavors for variety.
