Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
In a small bowl, mix together the remaining granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, keep in the fridge for up to 1 week. Freeze in a sealed bag for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or warm briefly before serving.
