Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until smooth.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar evenly over the batter.
Baking
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into squares and enjoy!
Notes
These blondies are best served warm or at room temperature. Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream, and consider a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra flavor.
