Ingredients

Pasta
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter for cooking
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper reduce for less spiciness
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Method

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cooked linguine and Parmesan cheese, mixing well to coat.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
