Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, garlic butter (or minced garlic), mayonnaise (or cream cheese), parsley (or Italian seasoning), and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Lay out the large tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly.
Carefully roll each tortilla up tightly to secure the filling.
Cooking
Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the rolled wraps seam-side down on the pan and toast until golden brown and the cheese melts, about 2-4 minutes per side.
Once toasted, remove from the pan and slice the wraps in half. Serve warm!
You can use leftover rotisserie chicken or turkey. For a lighter version, swap the mayonnaise for Greek yogurt. Store any leftover wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave until warmed through.
