Ingredients

Filling Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
  • 1 cup mozzarella or cheddar cheese Use your favorite type of cheese.
  • 2–3 tbsp garlic butter or minced garlic Adjust based on your garlic preference.
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or cream cheese Greek yogurt can be used as a lighter option.
  • 1 tbsp parsley or Italian seasoning Fresh parsley can enhance the flavor.
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Optional: chili flakes, onions, bell peppers For added flavor and texture.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, garlic butter (or minced garlic), mayonnaise (or cream cheese), parsley (or Italian seasoning), and a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  2. Lay out the large tortillas on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly.
  3. Carefully roll each tortilla up tightly to secure the filling.
Cooking
  1. Heat a pan over medium heat. Place the rolled wraps seam-side down on the pan and toast until golden brown and the cheese melts, about 2-4 minutes per side.
  2. Once toasted, remove from the pan and slice the wraps in half. Serve warm!

Notes

You can use leftover rotisserie chicken or turkey. For a lighter version, swap the mayonnaise for Greek yogurt. Store any leftover wraps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a pan or microwave until warmed through.
