  • 1 pack Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12-pack) Soft, slightly sweet rolls that hold everything together.
Glaze
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter (melted) Helps brown the tops and adds buttery flavor.
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce Adds umami depth and savory balance.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard Provides tang and cuts through the sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds Offers a light crunch and attractive finish.
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (minced) Boosts flavor with a savory aromatic punch.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in an even layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Lay the turkey or ham in an even layer over the bottom half of the rolls.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey or ham.
  5. Top the cranberry layer with the Swiss or Provolone cheese slices.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese, covering the sliders.
Baking
  1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, and poppy seeds; mix until uniform.
  2. Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
  3. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 12 minutes.
  4. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10–12 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty.
  5. Let the sliders cool for 2–3 minutes, then cut between the rolls to separate them.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Assemble and refrigerate (covered) sliders up to 24 hours before baking. For extra crunch, sprinkle additional poppy seeds on top just before baking.
