Method
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in an even layer in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Lay the turkey or ham in an even layer over the bottom half of the rolls.
Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey or ham.
Top the cranberry layer with the Swiss or Provolone cheese slices.
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese, covering the sliders.
Baking
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire Sauce, and poppy seeds; mix until uniform.
Brush the butter mixture evenly over the tops of the rolls.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 12 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10–12 minutes, until the tops are golden and the cheese is melty.
Let the sliders cool for 2–3 minutes, then cut between the rolls to separate them.
