Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing mix, onion, celery, parsley, poultry seasoning, and chicken broth. Mix until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the stuffing balls are golden brown.
  2. Serve warm.
