Method

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Prepare Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the sliced chicken with Cajun seasoning, then add it to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes, then remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Make Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion, sliced bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened and fragrant, about 4–5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing the mixture to a gentle simmer. Allow it to reduce slightly for 2–3 minutes.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the cooked pasta and chicken back to the skillet, mix well, and heat through so the sauce coats everything evenly.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting the Cajun spice if desired.
  3. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese on top and enjoy.
