Preparation
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares, roughly 3 inches by 3 inches.
In the center of each square, place a small dollop of mozzarella cheese, a spoonful of pizza sauce, and a few pieces of pepperoni.
Fold the dough over to create a pocket, ensuring all the fillings are enclosed, and pinch the edges together to seal tightly.
Lightly spray the tops of the rolls with olive oil for an extra crispy finish.
Arrange the rolls in the air fryer basket, ensuring there’s space between each one to allow for even cooking.
Cooking
Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, checking halfway through for even browning.
Serve warm with extra pizza sauce on the side for dipping!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, air fry them again for 3-4 minutes at 375°F until heated through. Feel free to customize toppings for variety!
