Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until evenly distributed.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and season with salt and pepper.
Coating Chicken
  1. Dip each chicken breast in the egg, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture. Press gently so the coating adheres.
Baking
  1. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each piece.
  2. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F / 74°C internal temperature) and golden brown.
Serving

Notes
