Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C) or set your dehydrator to the appropriate setting.
  2. Wash and dry the citrus fruits.
  3. Using a sharp knife, slice the fruits into thin rounds (1/4 inch thick).
  4. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
Drying
  1. Place the baking sheet in the oven or dehydrator.
  2. Dry the slices for several hours (about 4-8 hours in the oven or according to dehydrator instructions) until they are completely dry and crisp.
  3. Once dried, let them cool completely before storing in an airtight container or using for decor or culinary purposes.

Notes
