Ingredients

For the Sliders
  • 8 pieces slider buns Convenient, handheld portions
  • 2 cups sliced roast beef Hearty protein
  • 1 cup caramelized onions Adds sweetness and depth
  • 8 slices cheese (optional) Swiss, provolone, or cheddar
For the Au Jus
  • 2 cups au jus Savory dipping sauce
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt Enhances flavors
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper Adds mild heat

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer slices of roast beef and a spoonful of caramelized onions on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  3. If desired, add a slice of cheese on top of the roast beef.
  4. Place the assembled sliders on a baking sheet and cover them loosely with aluminum foil.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until the sliders are heated through and the cheese (if used) is melted.
  2. Serve immediately with warmed au jus for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes
