Method

Preparation

  6. Fold in the chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
  7. Using a large spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
Baking
  1. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes, or until the edges turn golden brown but the centers remain soft.
  2. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
