These fun and festive Grinch Oreo Truffles are easy to make, requiring no baking. Perfect for holiday snacking, they are visually appealing and deliciously sweet!

Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese Use room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup green candy melts Melt in microwave or double boiler.
  • 1 cup red candy melts Melt for drizzling.
  • optional decorative sprinkles For added decoration.

Method

Preparation
  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Oreo crumbs with cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
Coating
  1. Melt the green candy melts in a microwave or double boiler.
  2. Dip each truffle into the melted green candy, allowing excess to drip off.
  3. Place the dipped truffles back on the baking sheet.
  4. Melt the red candy melts and drizzle them over the truffles for decoration.
  5. Add sprinkles if desired.
  6. Allow the truffles to set before serving.

Notes

Keep the truffles in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week. You can freeze them for up to 1 month and thaw in the fridge before serving. If the coating is too thick, add a tiny bit of vegetable oil to thin it out.
