  • 12 pieces Hawaiian rolls Soft and sweet rolls perfect for sliders.
  • 1 pound Ground beef Can be substituted with ground turkey or chicken.
  • 12 slices Cheese slices Choose your favorite cheese.
  • 1 cup Pickles Sliced for easy layering.
  • 1 cup Onions Finely chopped for flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard For extra flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup For sweetness and tang.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half, keeping the tops and bottoms together, and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the browned beef evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls, then add cheese slices on top, followed by pickles and onions.
  5. Spread a layer of mustard and ketchup over the toppings for extra flavor.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on the assembled sliders. If desired, brush them with melted butter for a golden finish.
  7. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes. After this time, remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy these delicious sliders with your favorite sides!
