Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
In a bowl, mix together the flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles crumbs. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
In another bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Pour this lemon mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
Baking
