Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
  2. Serve warm as a side dish.
