These rolls are a delicious twist on classic pizza flavors, wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough with mozzarella and pepperoni, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese or 4 mozzarella sticks (halved)
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning Optional for added flavor
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese Optional for topping
  • Marinara sauce For dipping, optional

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
  3. On the wide end of each triangle, place 3–4 slices of pepperoni and a piece of mozzarella cheese.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to the tip, enclosing the filling completely.
  5. If desired, sprinkle Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each roll for added flavor.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

You can substitute turkey pepperoni, use provolone or cheddar instead of mozzarella, and add bell peppers or olives for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven or air fryer to regain crispiness.
