Ingredients

Dessert Base
  • 1 package Nutter Butter cookies
Peanut Butter Mixture
  • 1 cup peanut butter Ensure peanut butter is well-mixed
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream Fold in gently to keep it fluffy
Chocolate Layer
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk Mix with pudding until thickened
Garnish
  • to taste Chocolate shavings or chips For decorative garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in half of the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix chocolate pudding with milk until thickened.
Layering
  1. In a rectangular dish, layer Nutter Butter cookies, followed by the peanut butter mixture, then chocolate pudding.
  2. Repeat the layers, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  3. Garnish with chocolate shavings or chips.
Chill and Serve
  1. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  2. Serve chilled, cut into squares, and optionally add more chocolate shavings or chips on top.
