Method
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold in half of the whipped cream until well combined.
In another bowl, mix chocolate pudding with milk until thickened.
Layering
In a rectangular dish, layer Nutter Butter cookies, followed by the peanut butter mixture, then chocolate pudding.
Repeat the layers, finishing with whipped cream on top.
Garnish with chocolate shavings or chips.
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Serve chilled, cut into squares, and optionally add more chocolate shavings or chips on top.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to three days. You can prepare it a day in advance for better flavor.
