Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently until well combined.
  3. Add the drained crushed pineapple to the mixture and stir until evenly incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a dish to form a crust.
  5. Pour the pineapple mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with cherries if desired and enjoy your dessert!
