Assembly and Baking
Scoop out 1/4 cup sized portions of cookie dough, flatten into a 4-inch wide disk, and place a frozen Nutella scoop in the center.
Wrap the dough around the Nutella to cover it completely, and roll into a smooth ball. Place 5-6 cookies on the baking sheet, leaving 3 inches of space between each.
Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the surface is no longer shiny but still soft.
Let cookies cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
