In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add orzo, chicken broth, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in broccoli and cook until orzo is tender and broccoli is bright green, about 5 more minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in parmesan cheese.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve warm.
