  • 8 oz fettuccine or spaghetti Any pasta can be used.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk Low-fat or non-dairy milk can be used.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method

Cooking
  1. In a large pot or pan, combine the pasta, minced garlic, and milk.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently to prevent sticking.
  3. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente and absorbs the milk.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
