Method
Preparation
- In a large bowl, measure out 4 cups of Rice Chex cereal and set it aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 cup of white chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of butter together in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted mixture over the cereal and gently stir to coat all the pieces evenly.
- In a separate bag or bowl, combine 1 cup of strawberry cake mix and 1/4 cup of powdered sugar.
- Add the coated cereal to the bag or bowl and shake until every piece is fully coated.
- Gently fold in 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries to add a fresh, fruity flavor.
- Spread the puppy chow out on a baking sheet to cool before serving.
