Method
Preparation
Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken breasts evenly with Cajun seasoning.
Cooking
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes.
Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for about 1 minute.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until it’s melted and smooth.
Slice the chicken and add it back to the sauce.
Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce until it’s well coated.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop over low heat, adding a splash of cream or water to loosen the sauce if necessary.
