Method

Preparation
  1. Thinly shave the Brussels sprouts using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shaved Brussels sprouts, pomegranate seeds, and candied pecans.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the vinaigrette.
  4. Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss to combine.
