Ingredients

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and salt until smooth.
  4. Beat in the vanilla extract and then add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gradually mix in the flour mixture until well combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips gently to ensure they're evenly distributed.
Baking
  1. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  3. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
