Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
Remove from the oven and evenly spread mini marshmallows on top.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Serve warm as a side dish.
