Method
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
Stir in the shredded coconut and vanilla extract until evenly distributed.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chilling
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
Optionally, roll the snowballs in additional shredded coconut before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 1 month. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
